Short Workouts That Deliver Results

Why less can sometimes be more

Time (or lack of!) can often be a common barrier to exercise.
People often believe that if they can’t commit to a full hour in the gym, there’s little point training at all.
I disagree.
Some of the most effective training sessions I prescribe last less than 30 minutes.
The key is focus.
A short workout built around quality movement patterns can deliver excellent results for strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness.
A simple session might include:
Squats
Push-ups
Rows
Lunges
Planks
Performed with good technique and minimal wasted time, these exercises challenge the whole body efficiently.
Short workouts are particularly valuable during busy periods.
They help maintain consistency when life gets hectic.
They reduce the temptation to skip training altogether.
And they prove an important point:
Fitness isn’t about spending endless hours exercising.
It’s about doing the right things consistently.
For many people, the perfect workout is not the longest one.
It’s the one they actually do.
