The Strong for Life Fitness Plan is a structured training programme designed to help you age well through intelligent strength training, movement and lifestyle support. It’s built for men and women aged 50+, and for anyone who wants to invest in their long-term health before problems appear.
What is Super Ageing?
Super ageing is about maintaining (and often improving!) physical capability as we get older.
That means:

Preserving strength and muscle mass

Improving balance and coordination

Maintaining mobility and joint health

Reducing injury risk and everyday aches

Supporting energy levels, confidence and independence
Done properly, training doesn’t have to decline with age.
It simply needs to be adapted.

How I Train Clients
In Super Ageing
As an experienced personal trainer, I work with a range of clients and extensively with older clients.
Every Strong for Life training programme starts with an initial consultation to understand:

Your training history and current fitness level

Injuries, limitations, or health considerations

Your lifestyle, goals and priorities
From there, I design a bespoke training plan that focuses on safe progression, consistency and long-term results.
Training is available as:

1:1 personal training,
-
Training for couples, or
-
Small group sessions, for those who enjoy training with others while still receiving close attention
Sessions are delivered at Jubilee Hall Gym or at your home or preferred location, if you would rather train privately.
