Sometimes I am asked whether it is a good idea to indulge over the Christmas and New Year period.
To which my answer is always an enthusiastic “Yes!”
We live in a complicated, and at times chaotic, world where loss or sadness can come at any time and for whatever reason. Taking time to enjoy the company of those we like and love is, in my view, even more important in this context and just as important to a healthy life as exercise and diet.
My advice would thus be to enjoy the season, take pleasure in what it can offer, and appreciate its offer of rest and enjoyment.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all my clients and those who I have (hopefully!) helped in the year that has passed. Without the feedback and appreciation of clients I would not be able to offer my services as a Personal Trainer, and I am very grateful to all of you for your positive energy.
So Happy Christmas, have a great New Year, and I look forward to seeing you again in 2017!
