Scrambled eggs, a little fish, salad and toast.
A nice mix of proteins and not too heavy on the stomach.
Is there a better way to start the day?
Probably not (or indeed to enjoy as lunch or finish the day).
Move away from any temptation to rely on supplements and look to nature for the right combination of protein, carbs' and the other nutrients the body needs to power and build.
And enjoy the meal preparation, as well. It is part of the pleasures that comes with the eating.
