As anyone who knows will be aware, I love to cook (and to eat!).
One of the reasons I take such pleasure in preparing, cooking and then enjoying meals is because you know what you are eating, what has gone into the meal and how it came to be on the table. This is important to get the best from a balanced diet, in building confidence in what we eat, but also in taking ownership of the process of feeding oneself.
Own the process and the process will be rewarding.
