On the 2 Guys on Fitness podcast this month we demonstrate a drop set technique (a Pec' Deck drop butterfly drop set exercise, to be more precise).
This is a great way to challenge yourself when working out with weights or resistance training without overly stressing your body and muscles. The technique involves increasing or decreasing the amount of weight or resistance encountered during an exercise to build strength and fitness.
