Avoid neglecting the lower body (the legs, especially).
It's easy when exercising, particularly for men, to concentrate on the upper body and the large muscle groups that can easily attention there (the chest, shoulders and arms, particularly), but the lower body matters as well. I hear a lot from people that what is called "Legs day" can be approached almost with dread. There is no need to feel this way!
Balancing out the strengthening and building of the body, so that aesthetic balance is achieved, is both vital in creating a strong and resilient physical form and also looks better. A strong lower body is something to strive for and to make a priority. It gives the upper body a bedrock and the core the stability it needs to function effectively.
It also looks better.
Have I mentioned that already?
So embrace exercising the lower body and especially "Legs day".
Because you will look better for it.
Trust me.
