    Strong legs are worth working for

    in Exercises and workouts


    I get asked about how to develop strong legs all the time and I love working legs!


    For me, building legs comes from regular and technical exercises that target the legs and lower body. Leg exercises should not be avoided or viewed as an onerous challenge. Rather, they should be embraced and valued as part of a rounded and effective workout.
