    Simple elastic band shoulders exercises

    It can be tempting to over-complicate exercises for the major muscle groups, when actually a lot of the exercises you need to undertake are pretty straightforward.


    Just as in the video above!

    What matters is clean technique delivered at a sensible pace.

    Get this balance right and you will exercise effectively, safely and in a way that is rewarding.
