
I was lucky enough to receive a massage from the very talented massage specialist Stan Rechcigl (pictured) recently, as part of my interview with him for the latest 2GOF podcast episode.
Stan's a great guy and it was a fascinating conversation that we had, particularly on the importance of taking appropriate time for rest and recuperation when training. We also talked about how crucial it is to warm up and cool down before and after exercising - vital for exercise that does not damage the body.
