Over the past few months, if I have discovered one thing, it is that neither our fitness or the success of the exercise we undertake is dependent on a particular environment or equipment.
Exercising outdoors has been a liberating experience, as far as I am concerned. It has demonstrated that the opportunities for working out are all around us (and sometimes in surprising locations).
As demonstrated in this video, by working out in a park it is possible to take advantage of its natural environment when undertaking resistance exercise, for example.
Minimal equipment = maximum innovation.
Be creative where fitness is concerned and escape the indoors!
