
I like this exercise combo' from Coach Magazine - an excellent set of exercises that is good for the core and strength-building.
At its heart is a set of plank exercises. I'm a big fan of planking, which is a wonderful way to strengthen the core and maintain good physical form (without which, everything else will crumble away).
Find the time to plank. Your body and your posture will thank you for doing so!
