I cannot stress this enough: The key to maintaining a fitness lifestyle and reaping its benefits is to be able to push on through when the challenges set in. This principle is particularly important at the moment when progress appears to be taking place with regard to the current health crisis.
On one level it is relatively easy to stay fit and exercise when the restrictions are light (or non-existent!), but more difficult when there are obstacles to be overcome. At which point, get over them.
Right now, exercising outdoors is an option and a healthy option at that. Just look at Dafydd here in this video, making it work in the bracing winter air of London!
