Over the past year and a half, lots of people have become familiar with exercising outdoors and it remains a great thing to do, especially in the summer months, as with Laura here.
There is nothing to say that all exercise has to take place in a gym environment (or at home) and training on a summer's day in a park or other, similar location is a wonderful way to maintain fitness and to feel alive. It is also free to do!
So embrace the opportunities that the season offers and, if it works for you, enjoy exercising in the summer sunshine.
