Exercise should be liberating. Through building strength and flexibility in the body, the world becomes a different place for those who exercise. It becomes a place to explore and enjoy.
This is especially true as we move forward with our lives and fulfil our potential as far as we can. As we do so, our bodies enable and support us, they give us the potential to embrace the opportunities that life gives us.
I encourage all my clients (as with the wonderful George, here in this video) to see the benefits of exercise, not only for their physical but also for their mental and emotional selves and to embrace it.
Exercise gives freedom and through it, life.
