The new episode of the 2 Guys on Fitness podcast is out, featuring myself and my good microphone buddy Allen Therisa.
This month it's all about resistance bands, how to use them, why they are useful and what they cannot do, all of which is particularly helpful considering the uncertainly that remains about what the experience will be for members once the gyms re-open.
For myself, I believe that resistance bands are a vital part of the exercise equipment locker and everyone should consider investing in them if they are interested in lifelong fitness (particularly taking into account their price). I have written about these elasticated wonders before on this forum and my blog and I am a fan of what they can do.
