No matter the weather (within reason!), keep on training.
Adaptability is part of the recipe for a successful training programme, as the past year has demonstrated. By being adaptable we can overcome and maintain a focus on our training, together with the exercise techniques we use.
Both of which are vital in making progress in the medium and long-term when exercising.
Just like Joshua above, in the video, not being put off by incremental weather pays off.
Plus, the cool, wet, even snowy conditions that we have experienced recently will soon be in the rearview mirror. At which point training outdoors will become more enjoyable (and we may even - whisper it very gently - be able to train once again in the gyms).
So, keep going, keep training and keep on keeping on!
