One of the keys to a successful workout is to keep it engaging and fresh. Working through the same routines over and over can get to be unrewarding and fail to deliver the kind of rounded, full-body workout that I advocate.
Putting together a set of effective exercises is not difficult and they will be stimulating and worthwhile if you focus on balancing out the chosen exercises so that they target different parts of the body (thus giving a full-body workout over a short period - a week for example).
You can find the exercises for your combo' online, at your local gym or from the advice of fellow fitness travellers. Focus on the correct techniques, allow enough time for rest and ensure you are using the right equipment and a productive fitness future awaits!
