With the current restrictions in place on movement and association because of the COVID-19 outbreak, it is important to be adaptable and to maintain a sustainable workout programme.
As such, it is always the case that exercise can be delivered at home, in an enclosed or open space (a park, for example, once a day under the current regulations and whilst maintaining social distancing).
The important thing is not to stop training, but to adapt until the gym can be visited once more.
Adaption and resilience are the keys to survival and prosperity. So, relocate your workout and maintain a healthy diet until normal service resumes, if you find yourself unable to attend a gym.
And keep on training, even if the training itself temporarily has to change.
