I have just published my latest blog post, on the benefits of starting a fitness journey and the best time to begin. In my opinion, there is never a good or a bad time to begin living a healthy lifestyle and regularly exercise. These kinds of decisions depend on circumstance, opportunities and our own personal decision-making. But getting started is what matters!
Why? Because as I argue in the blog post:
