
You might have noticed that I have something of an egg (and fish!) thing going on.
For me, certain foods are not only healthy and nutritious, but they are also delicious. Eggs fall into this category for me - a food that can be enjoyed at any time of the day (though particularly at breakfast).
Just take a look at this little example; scrambled eggs, fish, salad and toast.
A nice mix of proteins and not too heavy on the stomach.
Is there a better way to start the day?
Or indeed, to divide it in the middle or end it?
