I get to talk about the nutritional benefits of fish, and particularly about one of my favourite fishes, salmon (pictured), this month on the 2 Guys on Fitness podcast.
When people ask me about my diet and the foods I recommend, I always champion fish, especially oily fish, and recommend people make salmon part of their diet. Why? Because it has great nutritional benefits, is low in fat, and is also delicious (which is important when considering what to eat!).
