
Sometimes people ask me about how much red meat to eat (or indeed, what to eat at all).
I like to eat red meat once or a couple of times a month, which I choose carefully and prepare and cook myself, as with this meal here, about to cooked (bavette steak mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes) and which was delicious!
The trick is to avoid processed foods, including red meat dishes, as much as possible, and to have a varied diet including fish and white meal, as well as non-meal sources of protein.
Above all, what we eat should be enjoyable apart from being intelligently chosen and prepared otherwise no matter how potentially nutritious the food may be, it won't be particularly good for the body or mind.
